Refund & Cancellation Policy

By availing any plan, subscription, or service offered by KrestaPay Software Private Limited (“KrestaPay”, “we”, “our”), you agree to the following refund and cancellation terms:
1. Non-Refundable Payments
- All payments made towards subscription plans, digital marketing services, software development projects, or fintech platform usage are non-refundable once processed.
- The act of purchasing a plan/service is considered final and irreversible under applicable law.
2. KYC Compliance (Fintech Services Only)
- Certain fintech-related services may require successful KYC verification.
- If KYC verification fails, services cannot be activated, and no refund shall be issued for payments already made.
3. Transaction Failures (Fintech Platform Only)
- If a transaction fails due to reasons directly attributable to KrestaPay, and such failure is confirmed by the payment gateway, the actual transaction amount (excluding payment gateway charges and applicable taxes) will be refunded within 3–15 working days.
- Refunds will be credited to the same account used for payment, and confirmation will be shared via email/SMS.
4. Service Non-Delivery
- If a transaction or service shows “successful” but the user has not received the benefit, the user must raise a support request via the contact details provided on our website.
- Upon investigation, if the claim is found valid, a partial or full refund may be processed, subject to deduction of professional/service charges.
5. Company’s Liability
- KrestaPay’s liability is strictly limited to refunding the payment received for the specific failed transaction/service.
- We shall not be responsible for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages beyond the actual transaction value.
6. Refund Exclusions
Refunds are not applicable in the following cases:
- Completed and delivered digital marketing services.
- Software development services where project milestones have been achieved.
- Subscription services already activated.
- Third-party fees such as payment gateway charges, government taxes, or regulatory charges.
